Celebrate Mom with Beads & Bubbles
We invite you to join us as we kick-off Mother’s Day weekend with caviar and pink bubbles! We’ll be pouring an exquisite Italian sparkling wine, and serving three delicious ‘bites’ featuring caviar and truffles.
Our featured sparkling wine, the Ettore Germano ‘Rosanna’ Brut Rosé, is named after the winemaker, Sergio’s, Mother. This delicious classic method sparkling wine is made from early harvested Nebbiolo in the Italian region Piedmont. The grapes are picked early and left on the skins for a short time, giving the wine a beautiful soft pink color.
Our featured ‘bites’:
- Truffle deviled eggs with Chum salmon Ikura
- Buckwheat tartlets with creme fraiche and Paddlefish caviar
- Heart-shaped brioche toast with Baerii (Siberian Sturgeon) caviar
This is an open house event – we welcome you to stop by any time between noon and 4:00 p.m. We look forward to seeing you there!
