All caviar must be shipped FedEx Priority Overnight.
The Seattle Caviar Company stores all caviar at 28° to 30° F. Caviar may be stored at slightly higher temperatures as in our home refrigerators, but it is best to store caviar in your Seattle Caviar insulated bag with frozen gel ice to help maintain the proper temperature; as close to 32°F (0°C) as possible. Do not freeze.
